Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops and directs the Nursing Department operations.
• Monitors nursing services and patient care to meet needs and standards.
• Oversees budgets, expenditures and financial performance of the nursing function.
• Coordinates resident care with other departments and maintains regulatory compliance.
• Ensures staff adherence to care plans, documentation and quality metrics.
