Job summary

RAM Recruiting is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Ohio. You will lead the nursing team, oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

This role requires proven DON experience and an active RN license. The DON will mentor staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, manage schedules and QA programs, and contribute to a resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Prior DON experience required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility / long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and clinical care.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
