Job summary

The Waters in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer-level nursing leader to oversee clinical care across RN/LPN, HHA, RA, and CNA teams. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate resident care with families.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing by the state
• Experience in health care leadership or nursing administration

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and care quality for nursing staff

• Ensure service initiation and regulatory compliance
• Educate residents and families on care options
• Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
• Participate in on-call requirements and cover shifts
• Help manage budgeting and overtime costs
