Job summary

Westpark-A-Waters-Community is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN/ DON) to lead the facility's clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires a valid RN license, strong leadership, and experience in nursing service administration.

You will oversee staffing, compliance with regulations, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. You will drive quality improvement, manage budgets, and mentor staff while upholding the organization's policies and resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid RN license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing service administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the clinical department to ensure quality care.
• Supervise nursing personnel and recruitment to maintain adequate staffing.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
