Job summary

Century Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing to serve as the clinical leader of the facility, overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff, conduct daily rounds, and drive quality improvement to deliver resident-centered care.

Ideal candidates are experienced DONs with RN licensure and BLS certification, who can lead teams in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and uphold high professional standards and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active RN license (state-specific).
• Current BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider preferred).
• Previous DON experience in a SNF or LTC setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of residents.
