Qualifications

• BSN is required; Master’s in Nursing Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred.
• Valid state nursing license with current registration.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and patient outcomes across the organization.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation while meeting financial goals and maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee staffing, staff supervision, and personnel management in accordance with state-specific education laws and healthcare regulations.
• Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff to ensure high levels of competency and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and safety protocols through rigorous monitoring and policy updates.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align nursing initiatives with organizational goals and community needs.
• Promote instructional leadership in education by supporting ongoing staff development and training programs.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement in patient care delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on clinical procedures, quality assurance measures, and organizational best practices in healthcare management.
