Job summary

PACS is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department in a Las Vegas facility. You will oversee staffing, policy development, resident safety, in-services, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with state regulations and care standards.

The role requires BSN, current State Board license, and at least 7 years of nurse management experience; strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with physicians and families are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN required or BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 7 years of nurse management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire nursing department staffing and scheduling.
• Develop, implement, and enforce nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure resident safety and uphold dignity and respect.
• Coordinate care, MDS, care planning, and liaison with physicians.
• Manage department budgeting and reporting; lead QA and state surveys.
