Job summary

SNF Staffing Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role in the Kansas City metro area. The RN will oversee nursing services, ensure care aligns with physician orders, and support a 5-star facility with strong regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating resident care, guiding nursing staff, participating in admissions decisions, and maintaining high-quality standards under state Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of practice.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total care plans for residents in line with physician orders and regulations.
• Interpret and communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and assess residents’ needs.
• Lead nursing team meetings and address resident concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company standards.

Education

RN licensure in state practiced
