The Tulalip Tribes Nursing Director will serve as a senior leader within the Tulalip Health System, guiding clinical teams to deliver holistic, culturally resonant care. You will work with the Health System Administrator and Medical Director to implement quality improvement programs, policy development, and credentialing across the system.

You will oversee education, safety, and accreditation efforts to ensure AAAHC standards are met, coordinating with multiple departments while respecting

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• WA RN license; six months to obtain.
• WA Driver License required (Personal Auto Insurance).
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Vaccination policy adherence; HIPAA training.
• TB test or chest x-ray as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight for quality improvement and safety.
• Develop, maintain and enforce clinical policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with AAAHC standards.
• Oversee education, training, credentialing and privileging.
• Collaborate with THS Medical Director and THS Practice Manager.
• Ensure care meets standards for diverse cultures, including Native Americans.
