The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a Nursing Director to lead clinical services within the Tulalip Health System. You will work with the Medical Director and Practice Manager to drive quality improvement, policy development, and credentialing across the system.

The role requires a BSN with RN licensure in Washington, plus extensive leadership experience in healthcare quality and accreditation. A strong commitment to culturally appropriate care and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• MSN preferred.
• Ten years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• 5–7 years of leadership in healthcare.
• 5–7 years in healthcare quality, accreditation, or compliance.
• 3 years coordinating patients with complex chronic conditions.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership for clinical services within THS.
• Collaborate with THS Medical Director and Practice Manager to implement quality programs.
• Oversee credentialing, privileging, and staff competencies.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with AAAHC standards and policies.
