Community Health
The Registered Nurse will serve as an integral member of the Community Health Nursing team, providing comprehensive support to the Community Health Program within the scope of nursing practice. This role includes acting as a patient advocate while supporting the clinical, administrative, and billing functions of the Community Health department.
