Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all clinical operations at the Bethalto community. You will oversee nurses, CNAs, and medication staff, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered care in alignment with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) with an active license.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with person-directed care practices and supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of quality care in compliance with regulations and care plans.
• Manage and coordinate nursing and care staff; ensure timely medication administration and documentation.
• Lead ISP development and implementation, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Interview, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff.
