Job summary

Sage Living, part of St. John's Health, seeks a Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations and provide leadership ensuring policy compliance and high-quality resident care.

You will partner with the Executive Director to align care delivery with Eden Alternative person-centered principles. You will direct nursing staff, participate in quality committees, manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, and ensure regulatory readiness across the campus while optimizing

Qualifications

• RN license with authority to practice in WY and BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred; proven nursing leadership experience in long-term care.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations and quality programs.
• Experience in staff recruitment, evaluations, and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing operations to implement resident care plans safely.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality care and resident outcomes.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures in line with regulations.
• Lead committees impacting care, including QAPI and Infection Prevention.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Conduct staff training and in-services to ensure compliance.
• Perform regular rounds to ensure regulatory readiness and safety.
