Qualifications

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State.
• Must hold a valid CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the nursing department according to policies and regulations.
• Direct nursing operations and collaborate with administrators and staff.
• Monitor care quality and ensure compliance with physician orders and state regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, training, and staffing to ensure high morale and safe care.
• Maintain records and ensure infection control, safety, and sanitation practices.
