Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for both full-time and part-time shifts. The facility offers 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, and 11 pm - 7 am options with a competitive $33 - $55 per hour all-inclusive and up to a $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and physician plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
