Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing RN to lead our skilled nursing facility's nursing team in New Hampshire. You will oversee delivery of high-quality patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities include guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs, developing policies, conducting rounds, documenting care, and leading quality improvement initiatives to reduce readmissions and improve outcomes. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing degree required (BScN or MSN).
• Current RN license in the state of NH.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Proven leadership and management experience focused on clinical operations and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence in patient care.
• Collaborating with the medical director, therapy departments, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Conducting regular rounds to ensure quality care and address any concerns or issues.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to reduce readmissions and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership to shape the facility's future.
• Oversees development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Conducts regular clinical rounds to ensure quality care and address concerns.
