Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC seeks a Clinical Nurse Leader to provide strategic leadership and administration in patient care, education, safety and quality across the organization. The role partners with physicians, facility and organizational leaders to advance clinical operations and outcomes.

The position emphasizes development of professional practice, staff education, and regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment for nursing teams.

Qualifications

• RN license (state of practice) or compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS certification within six months if ASC pediatrics
• 3–5 years of progressive care management experience in a hospital, surgery center, or related facility
• At least 1 year leading and/or managing clinical operations
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills; ability to lead change

Responsibilities

• Lead planning structures to optimize organizational outcomes and recruit/retain top talent.
• Provide infrastructure and systems to empower staff and enable information sharing.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to impact business, nursing and patient outcomes.
• Drive evidence-based, quality nursing practice and promote inter-professional collaboration.
• Partner with leaders to manage resources and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical operations, quality, patient safety and staff satisfaction metrics.
