Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Nurse Consultant/Regional Director of Clinical Operations to partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource and to help design clinical programming that differentiates our services as a provider of choice. The role includes leading quality improvement efforts, policy implementation, and education across assigned facilities.

The position requires active RN licensure, regional experience, and a minimum of 5 years in long-term care with at least 2

Qualifications

• Active RN license (in good standing).
• Regional nursing leadership experience preferred.
• 5 years long term care experience required.
• Minimum 2 years as a Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource to pursue clinical excellence.
• Assist in developing clinical programming and processes that differentiate services.
• Conduct facility reviews (mock surveys) to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate issues, solutions, and escalation to leadership.
• Provide educational information so nursing teams can make informed clinical decisions.
