Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in New York with current registration.
• 5+ years acute nursing experience.
• 3+ years managing direct reports.
• Experience leading clinical leaders and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical leaders and oversee MSaH nurses.
• Develop and present clinical strategies with MSaH leadership.
• Manage direct reports and enforce standard workflows and KPIs.
• Build relationships across MSaH and partners.
• Monitor results, explain variance, adjust strategies.
• Ensure regulatory and clinical compliance.
