Advanced Surgical Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing and administrative operations across Pre Op, OR and PACU. The role directs clinical activities, resources, and personnel, ensuring readiness for AAAHC accreditation and compliance with OSHA, HCFA and state rules.

The incumbent will oversee infection control, employee health and performance improvement initiatives. Qualified candidates hold Texas RN licensure, BSN; CNOR preferred, ACLS/PALS; 3+ years supervisory experience

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge and experience with AAAHC and/or JAHCO.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage others.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure safety procedures.
• Experience supervising in ambulatory surgery or healthcare setting.
• Ability to develop and implement goals, policies, and budgets.

Aufgaben

• Directs nursing and administrative duties in Pre Op, OR and PACU.
• Coordinates clinical activities, resources and personnel at the ASC.
• Prepares for AAAHC accreditation, OSHA, HCFA and state regulations.
• Oversees infection control and employee health; conducts utilization review.
• Interviews, selects and retains qualified clinical staff; manages performance.
