Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the day-to-day operations of the ambulatory surgical center, oversee scheduling, inventory control, QA/QI, credentialing, safety and risk management to support safe, efficient patient care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a current unrestricted RN license, and current BLS and ACLS. The role collaborates with physicians and anesthesia teams and directs clinical staff to ensure compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse License in practicing State.
• Current American Heart BLS and ACLS

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and promote cooperative staff effort.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing department and ASC.
• Coordinate staffing and oversee patient care activities.
• Monitor QA/QI and risk management in ambulatory care services.
