Job summary

Surgery Partners Brand in Utah is seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing to oversee day-to-day operations at the ambulatory surgery center, including scheduling, QA/QI, and safety leadership.

You will collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care, staff development, and adherence to policies. A nursing degree and active RN license are required, with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse License in practicing state.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the ambulatory surgery center.
• Oversee scheduling of procedures, inventory control, QA/QI, and safety.
• Provide staff credentialing oversight and risk management.
• Direct and delegate patient care activities within scope and competency.
• Coordinate with physicians, anesthesia providers and operating room staff.
