Job summary
Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation in Brackenridge, PA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily nursing operations and promote high-quality patient care. The ADON will work with the Director of Nursing to implement policies, supervise staff, manage budgets, and participate in quality initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 1 year of healthcare leadership, an active PA RN license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to lead a busy team in a patient-focused
Qualifications
- 1 year of healthcare leadership experience or equivalent.
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Knowledge of nursing standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies and programs.
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and individualized patient care.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and explore cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development plans.
- Foster partnerships with community providers and regulatory agencies to coordinate care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory audits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
