Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the detox and residential treatment facility. You will oversee the clinical program, guide treatment teams, and ensure high-quality patient care in a recovery-focused environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree, Colorado licensure, and 5+ years of supervisory experience in hospital or residential settings, with experience serving chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado-LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
