Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Clinical Director to provide daily leadership for detox and residential services. You will supervise the clinical team, ensure adherence to the program roadmap, and foster a compassionate, recovery-focused environment for clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, Colorado licensure, and several years of supervisory experience in related settings, with a strong emphasis on documentation and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current Colorado licensure to practice as Clinical Director (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team with oversight and development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.
