Pinnacle Treatment Centers is a growing leader in addiction treatment services. We provide care across the nation touching the lives of more than 35,000 patients daily. As a Director of Nursing, you will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents in a safe setting that supports long term recovery.

Join our team. Pay range is $90-100,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation), First Aid, and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in nursing supervision or nursing administration in a licensed substance abuse treatment facility or opioid treatment program.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders or mental health treatment facility.
• Localized travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services directly to patients.
• Provide administrative oversight of the facility's nursing services and supervise the nursing team.
• Maintain medical records per state and federal regulations.
• Train and supervise nursing staff in health/safety matters and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with administration on policies for medication administration and compliance.
• Administer and interpret TB/Mantoux testing as required by state.
• Develop and review nursing policies and QA programs annually.
• Oversee pharmacy oversight and assist in DEA audits.
• Plan and budget for nursing services with administrator and governing authority.
• Ensure continuity of care by coordinating nursing with other patient services.”
• Document Nursing Progress Notes with quarterly and monthly updates.
