Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing; Doctorate preferred.
Active RN license in California.
At least 10 years in nursing education with 5+ in leadership.
Proven track record in program development and accreditation.
Deep knowledge of BRN, BVNPT, WSCUC, CCNE standards.
Experience with faculty development and curriculum design.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic plan execution for academic programs aligned with the mission.
Lead accreditation initiatives for nursing programs and the institution.
Collaborate with leadership to integrate academic programs with other initiatives.
Develop and drive growth initiatives to sustain and expand programs.
