Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in nursing; Doctorate preferred.
• Active RN license in California.
• At least 10 years in nursing education with 5+ in leadership.
• Proven track record in program development and accreditation.
• Deep knowledge of BRN, BVNPT, WSCUC, CCNE standards.
• Experience with faculty development and curriculum design.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
