Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Deans of Nursing to lead nursing programs, supervise instructors, and coordinate curriculum to meet accreditation standards. The role combines administrative leadership with instruction and requires collaboration with directors and faculty to ensure quality and compliance.

The deans will oversee LPN, ADN, and BSN programs, manage schedules, and support student success while aligning with college policies and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Earned PhD in Nursing or Nursing Education; advanced nursing degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of nursing education experience at the college level in the last ten years.
• RN licensure in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain it.
• Strong leadership and administrative skills in an educational setting.
• Experience with accreditation standards and program assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership for nursing programs (LPN, ADN, BSN).
• Oversee day-to-day operations, curriculum development, and outcomes reporting.
• Manage hiring, development, and evaluation of nursing instructors.
• Ensure compliance with state boards and accrediting bodies.
• Lead professional development and program evaluation initiatives.
