Job summary

Full Circle Health is seeking a Clinical Support Manager to oversee the Nampa South and Nampa North locations. This leadership role guides clinical support staff, ensures standardization of services, and drives quality improvement while focusing on patient experience.

The schedule is daytime, 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday. Requires RN licensure in Idaho, BLS and ACLS, and at least three years of nursing experience with some supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho RN license with BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; leadership preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Support services across Nampa clinics to ensure standardization.
• Lead staff education, competency development, and leadership growth for Supervisors.
• Drive quality improvement and enhance patient experience within Clinical Support.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams and manage multi-site operations.
