Job summary

Full Circle Health is seeking a Medical Assistant/LPN to support the Idaho Street Clinic. You will provide direct patient care with providers, assist in documentation, and support the Patient Centered Medical Home model.

The role is primarily in-clinic, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and potential rotating Saturdays/evenings. A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN from accredited college.
• Current certification by one of: AMT, AAMA, ARMA, LPN or other accredited certifying organization.
• Entry level; previous MA or LPN experience preferred for this role.
• Experience in a primary care outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent direct patient care alongside our providers.
• Support the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record.

Education

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN from accredited College of Nursing
