Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Must have RN license in NM, BLS and ACLS; PALS/NRP may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides shift leadership and unit operations oversight.
• Coaches and guides associates; ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitors patient safety and quality via interdisciplinary rounds and care plans.
