Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• National specialty certification preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift leadership and oversee operations of the clinical unit.
• Coach and guide associates; ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Monitor infection control policies and ensure adherence.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary rounds and effective communication with physicians.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and real-time census management.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Rapid Response/Code Blue as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Joint Commission regulations, and patient rights.
• Support data collection, assessment, and documentation relevant to patient care.
