Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff across shifts to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and manage the unit's daily operations.
• Oversee patient flow, staffing schedules, and unit performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
• Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response events; participate in performance improvement initiatives.
