Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents.
• Three (3) years of related office work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements and onboarding for undergraduate nursing students, including collecting and submitting required documentation to clinical partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison with hospitals and clinical sites to ensure compliance with onboarding and placement requirements.
• Schedule nursing courses and clinical sections and maintain student and master schedules throughout the academic year.
• Enter and update course, faculty, and scheduling information in PeopleSoft and open Canvas course shells.
• Support student registration, including special session coding, add codes, and communication of registration instructions.
• Reserve classrooms and coordinate space for courses and nursing‑related events.
• Communicate scheduling and clinical information to students, faculty, and staff and resolve related issues as they arise.
