Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Resources and Operations for the CHHS, you will work with multiple coordinators to ensure compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents.
• Three (3) years of related office work experience.
• Preferred: Baccalaureate Degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements and onboarding for undergraduate nursing students.
• Serve as the liaison with hospitals and clinical sites for onboarding and placement.
• Schedule nursing courses and maintain student and master schedules.
• Enter and update course, faculty, and scheduling info in PeopleSoft and Canvas.
• Support student registration and communicate registration instructions.
• Reserve classrooms and coordinate space for courses and events.
• Communicate scheduling and clinical information to students, faculty, staff.
