Cecil College is seeking a part-time manager for clinical skills practice labs in North East, Maryland. This role involves scheduling labs, supervising nursing students, and evaluating their performance in a hands-on learning environment.

Manages the clinical skills practice labs, including scheduling and resource management, and collaborates with faculty members in the creation of learning experiences and in the provision of student instruction and evaluation in nursing skills. The role also includes didactic and clinical instruction and the evaluation of students. This part‑time, in‑person, onsite position requires a flexible schedule across weekdays, some Saturdays, and evenings.
Ability to lift supplies and equipment. The physical activity of this position includes, but is not limited to: climbing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting, and sitting.
Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of office or meeting and training rooms, such as use of safe workplace practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire and building safety regulations and traffic signals when driving.
