Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a registered nurse; teaching and simulation experience preferred.
• Current, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or a Multistate license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of clinical practice labs for nursing and health care careers.
• Supervise and assist students in practicing nursing skills.
• Evaluate student performance in clinical test-outs.

Skills

Knowledge of simulation equipment and its function

Previous work with simulation, nursing technologies, and instructional methodology

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Master’s degree preferred
