Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or other clinical field required.
• 3+ years experience in an acute care setting required.
• RN license in the state of practice or active compact state license required.

• Develops and implements unit-based educational programs for nursing and clinical staff.
• Collaborates with Nurse Educators, Managers and Director to address deficits and improve outcomes.
• Documents competency and addresses deficits; supports orientation and retention.
• Facilitates onboarding and role transitions for licensed and unlicensed personnel.
