The Health Care District of Palm Beach County seeks a Supervisor of Clinical Education to lead and advance clinical education programs across nursing and other clinical disciplines. You will oversee orientation, onboarding, competency validation, continuing education, and preceptor development, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of nursing experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical education, staff development, or a comparable clinical learning role.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical education programs across nursing and other clinical disciplines.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based clinical education solutions.
• Lead planning and evaluation of education curricula and resources.
• Coordinate onboarding, competency assessment, and validation processes.
• Support simulation-based and experiential learning activities.
• Partner with clinical leaders to assess learning needs and develop remediation plans.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and documentation of education activities.
• Manage multiple education priorities within timelines.
