Job summary

Larkin Palm Springs Campus, Hialeah, FL, is seeking a Nursing Clinical Educator (Full-Time) to support nursing and clinical staff with education and competency development. The role collaborates with nurse leaders to implement unit-based programs and ensure ongoing professional growth.

The Educator facilitates orientations and onboarding, analyzes competency deficits, and aligns learning with regulatory standards to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or other clinical field required.
• 3+ years of acute care experience required.
• RN license in state of practice or active compact state license required.
• ICU, Cardiac Catheterization and Neuro Intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Nurse Educators, Manager and Director to support unit educational programs.
• Develops activities to address practice gaps and regulatory/accreditation needs.
• Coordinates education of patient care staff to ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
