Job summary

Required is a Bachelor’s degree and five years of nursing experience with clinical educator background; Florida RN licensure and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of nursing experience in multiple departments with clinical educator background.
• Florida RN licensure required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource and role model to staff.
• Plan onboarding activities and competency verification documents.
• Deliver a broad range of educational programs to clinical staff.
• Develop and assess orientation programs and learning plans.
• Identify essential competencies and plan educational programs.
• Collaborate with administration and clinicians to improve educational effectiveness.
