Job summary

Ember Education is seeking a Clinical Education Coordinator to oversee clinical site coordination and student placements. You will work with faculty to assign students, ensure agreements are in place, and support faculty development.

The role requires nursing education expertise, RN licensure in Idaho, and at least one year of clinical instruction experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: minimum Master in Nursing or BSN with plan for master degree within three years.
• Licensure: Idaho RN and current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Experience: at least one year in clinical instruction.
• Communication and math skills: read, write, speak to groups; basic data interpretation.
• Computer: proficiency with Office suite and clinical information systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical sites and student placements for clinical experiences.
• Manage assignments and placements with faculty coordination.
• Possibly supervise and educate clinical faculty as required.
• Orient new faculty to clinical assignments as needed.
• Ensure all clinical affiliation agreements are in place.
