Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or BSN with progress toward master's per policy.
• Idaho RN license is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification preferred.
• Experience in clinical instruction or coordination is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical sites for student experiences in nursing programs.
• Arrange student assignments and placements with faculty.
• Potentially supervise and educate clinical faculty as required by PD.
• Orient new faculty to clinical assignments as necessary.
• Ensure clinical affiliation agreements are in place and current.
• Distribute documentation for student clinical experiences in advance of sessions.
• Evaluate student performance using program objectives and instructor feedback.
• Maintain Registrar records and verify attendance and accuracy.
• Resolve student/site issues to meet program mission and goals.
• Participate in activities supporting evolution of clinical experiences.
