Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the BSN Nursing Program to oversee all clinical experiences and affiliated sites. You will work with faculty to integrate theory with practice, participate in faculty recruitment and evaluation, and ensure compliant clinical operations across rotations.

The role requires direct patient care RN experience and a BSN, with MSN preferred, plus active CPR/BLS certification. This is a full-time on-site position based in California.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• Compact license that covers Arizona; campus state is mandatory.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Three to five years' RN direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all clinical experiences in the Nursing Department.
• Manage clinical faculty, students, and clinical agencies to ensure integration of theory and practice.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of clinical faculty.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical sites; maintain positive relationships with staff.
• Provide orientation and ongoing support for clinical faculty; conduct site visits during rotations.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines across clinical aspects of the program.
• Assist in student placement and collaboration with Career Services for graduate nursing positions.
