Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Clinical Adjunct Faculty for CCBC. This role involves providing clinical education as part of the Nursing Program across multiple campus locations including Catonsville, Dundalk, and Essex, MD. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in Nursing, have prior teaching experience, and at least two years of work in an acute care setting.

This position also requires cooperative participation with college staff and attendance in departmental meetings and professional development. Additional benefits include retirement savings plans and paid sick leave.

Nursing Clinical Adjunct Faculty are expected to provide clinicaleducation as organized by the CCBC Nursing Program.

Campus locations: Catonsville, MD or Dundalk, MD or Essex, MD

Adjunct Level 1 - $1,085 per credit hour.

Adjunct faculty may teach up to 22 credit hours each year and usually teach no more than 11 credits each semester.

Minimum Requirements

Master's Degree in Nursing and previous teaching experience ispreferred. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and twoyears of experience working in an acute care setting is required. Active drivers license in good standing with minimum pointsrequired.

Passing a background check required.

Class Specific Essential Duties

• Cooperate with College support staff by timely submission ofmaterials as required by the course coordinator or programdirector
• Attending department meetings, participate in professionaldevelopment, and be available to students outside of clinicaltime
