Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of HVAC systems (air conditioners/heaters).
• Operate pressure washer as requested.
• Use electrical tools and equipment safely (voltmeters, drills, saws).
• Check oxygen concentrator levels and perform routine maintenance.
• Test water temperatures as scheduled.
• Inspect and test fire alarm systems and extinguishers.
• Do carpentry work for patient areas (benches, flower boxes).
• Repair plumbing, unclog hair traps, replace pipes and fixtures.
• Maintain electrical outlets, lighting, and wiring in equipment.
