Job summary

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Operates pressure washer when required.
• Uses electrical tools and equipment safely.
• Checks oxygen concentrator levels as needed.
• Conducts water temperature tests as scheduled.
• Tests fire alarm systems and safety equipment.
• Replaces lighting and electrical components.
• Repairs plumbing issues, including toilets and drains.
• Maintains center grounds and performs basic carpentry tasks.
• Supports major cleaning projects and generator maintenance as needed.
