Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation in Austell, GA seeks a Maintenance Assistant MD to support repairs and preventive maintenance of the nursing center, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of HVAC units and electrical systems.
• Operate pressure washer and electrical tools as needed.
• Check oxygen concentrator levels and perform maintenance as scheduled.
• Test fire alarm systems and extinguishers; assist with drills.
• Move furnishings and assist with room changes for residents.
• Paint interiors/exteriors and assist with light carpentry projects.
• Perform generator testing and routine maintenance.
