Nexion Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and direct clinical nursing services across the facility. The DON will oversee care quality, staffing, and resident well-being, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal resident outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, management or supervisory experience in long-term or geriatric care, and CPR certification. Typical hours are 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Experience in long-term/post-acute/geriatric nursing preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall direction and evaluation of nursing care for residents.
• Schedule rounds to monitor quality and appropriateness of care.
• Develop and implement staffing plans reflecting resident needs.
• Monitor and adjust nursing operations to meet regulatory and quality standards.
