Job summary

Arrow Senior Living seeks an ADON/Nurse for the 8:30am–5:00pm shift with on-call coverage in Liberty and Blue Springs, MO. The full-time position offers a starting salary of $75,000 to $87,900, with a schedule alternating between The Wellington and The Parkway.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Med Tech or enrolled in Med Tech class within 90 days of hire.
• In some states, must have LPN or RN license in good standing in state of employment.
• Minimum of three years experience in resident care in assisted living.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents.

• Direct an exceptional community culture thru motivation, innovation, and development.
• Assemble and manage personalized care needs for residents and families.
• Ensure adherence to community standards, policies, and laws in staff onboarding and training.
• Assist sales to assess resident needs and guide families with senior living options.
